Services For:

This service is designed for the newcomer, novice, and the experienced exporter selling or seeking to sell goods or services in the American market. The company will receive a list of qualified business leads that have expressed an interest in either meeting, talking or receiving information about your company, its products or services.

Contacts are verified and an introduction of the company is made to contacts interested in meeting, talking or receiving information about the company and its products or services.

Description:

Per the criteria/specifications provided by the company, MCC develops a list of contacts compatible with your needs. MCC then contacts these contacts to verify the information and then delivers a brief introduction of the company to the contact. Following the introduction, MCC identifies companies interested in meeting, talking, or receiving information about the company. These lists are used to identifying prospects, partners and for other purposes.

Process:

1. Potential contacts are identified through a verified list of business contacts. The list is compiled from existing databases, trade and industry associations and trade show directories.
2. Contact is initiated on behalf of the company with contacts on the verified list. The method used to contact companies will depend on the industry in question. It will be determined whether the contact is interested in doing business the company and when feasible to obtain a Letter of interest from prospective candidates.
   

   MCC’s introduction of your company will be as follows:
   
   
   i. Short introduction regarding the company
   
   ii. State the company’s request with the contact
   
   iii. Provide a description of what is required or expected by the company
   
   iv. Request a letter of Interest from the contact
   
   v. Schedule an appointment with the company’s representative
   
   vi. Contact and follow-up with the contact if a reply is not received

3. Information obtained during this introduction will be used to develop the leads list. Any additional information or comments obtained will be noted.

You must provide proof of your company’s corporate existence/establishment in your country and provide two business references.

MCC or Global Specialist will provide a written evaluation of contacts and feedback regarding interviews as well as other notable information.
