6th Indo-US Economic Summit: Synergizing Partnerships for Growth

IACC is holding its Annual flagship event – the 6th Indo-US Economic Summit: Synergizing Partnerships for Growth on 16-17 February 2010 at Hotel The Lalit, New Delhi

The Summit plans to highlight the growth impediments as well as opportunities present in different sectors of the Indian economy. The goal of the Summit is to act as a catalyst to promote two way trade, foster Indo-US joint ventures and highlight the investor friendly policies of the Indian Government.

 

This year, the Summit will focus on the following areas;

• Energy Security for India
• Education
• Aerospace and Aviation
• Knowledge Based Manufacturing
• Export of Services

• Infrastructure : Project management, Funding, Capacity building, Legal issues, PPP models, Cost of not having infrastructure growth and Sharing of experiences
• Bollywood to Hollywood

 

We are expecting substantial participations level business delegations from the US to participate in the Summit along with representatives from several Indian and US Companies, Public Sector Undertakings, Banks and Financial Institutions.

Shri Pranab Mukherjee, Hon’ble Finance Minister has been invited to be the Chief Guest. We have also invited H E Mr. Tim J. Roemer to address the forthcoming Economic Summit.

Hon’ble Minister for Education, Mr. Kapil Sibal will address the Inaugural Session on 17th February 2010.
